Who is this masterclass for?
Professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, researchers, and creatives who want to understand the value they bring, build a stronger global talent profile, and explore U.S. career, business, and immigration opportunities.
Which immigration pathways will we cover?
EB-1A extraordinary ability, EB-2 with a national interest waiver (NIW), and O-1 extraordinary ability or achievement. EB-1A and EB-2 NIW are immigrant pathways toward permanent residence; O-1 is a temporary work classification. The masterclass focuses on these specific routes, rather than every EB-1 or EB-2 category.
Can I apply without a traditional employer?
EB-1A and EB-2 NIW allow self-petitioning without a traditional employer sponsor, subject to their requirements. O-1 requires a qualifying U.S. employer or agent to file; a separate company you own may serve as petitioner. The petition structure and planned work must satisfy the applicable rules.
Can I build a strategy around my own business?
Potentially. Your business, professional achievements, or proposed endeavor may be relevant to a pathway review. An O-1 petition may be filed by a qualifying separate entity you own, while EB-1A and EB-2 NIW permit personal self-petitioning. Company ownership alone does not establish eligibility.
Do valuable skills automatically qualify me?
Your skills are a starting point. Each route has its own legal standard and evidence requirements. The masterclass helps you connect your expertise to a clearer direction and credible record; an individualized review is needed to assess eligibility.
Can my family come with me?
Family options differ by pathway. A spouse and unmarried children under 21 may seek derivative permanent residence through an eligible EB-1A or EB-2 NIW case, subject to visa availability and other requirements. O-1 families may seek O-3 status; O-3 dependents may study but are not authorized to work in that status.
Does O-1 automatically become a green card?
No. O-1 is temporary and may be extended for qualifying work. EB-1A and EB-2 NIW require separate eligibility assessments and petitions. An approved immigrant petition does not itself grant permanent residence or work authorization; visa availability and the remaining process matter.
Is the masterclass live?
Yes. This is a live online masterclass taking place on November 6, 2026, at 12 p.m. EST and lasting approximately two focused hours.

You can also use the free Value Capital Calculator™: a four-step, AI-guided assessment that produces a personalized, downloadable report with your strengths, a recommended niche, a positioning statement, practical opportunities, research sources, and a 30-day action plan.
